Healing the Heart of Motherhood
Personalized EMDR Intensives for reclaiming your peace — one story at a time
A therapy space built for healing
Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken, it’s about creating space to reconnect with yourself after one of life’s hardest transitions.
In our sessions, I combine a gentle, trauma-informed approach with EMDR and attachment focused care to help women process the experiences that still feel stuck, whether it is an infertility journey, difficult birth, NICU stay or the weight of anxiety and guilt.
Together, we will move at your pace, supporting your nervous system and helping you reconnect with peace, presence, and the parts of yourself that may have felt lost along the way.
You deserve space to heal, not just to cope.
EMDR Intensives for Perinatal Trauma
EMDR intensives offer focused, extended sessions designed to help you move through what’s keeping you stuck — gently, safely, and at your pace.
Whether it’s a traumatic birth, NICU memories, or the ongoing anxiety that motherhood stirred up, an intensive gives you the time and support to process deeply and come back to yourself in a condensed amount of time.
Meet Emily
I’m a therapist who helps women process one of the biggest transitions in life. Perinatal refers to the period of trying to conceive through to postpartum. Motherhood has been one of the biggest transitions in my own life and can bring so much joy to one’s life, if it isn’t also causing you pain. I help women process infertility, birth trauma, NICU experiences, and the emotional weight of postpartum life.
My work is grounded in safety, compassion, and the belief that healing isn’t about rushing—it’s about learning to listen to yourself again. I’m here to help you slow down, understand your story, and reconnect with who you are beneath the anxiety, guilt, and overwhelm.
