I created Maternal Wellness Counseling to support women navigating some of the most vulnerable seasons of motherhood.
Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum can bring deep joy, but they can also bring experiences that feel overwhelming or difficult to process. Many mothers carry pieces of these experiences long after everyone else expects them to move forward.
My work focuses on helping women gently process these experiences so they no longer feel stuck in them.
Through EMDR therapy and focused intensives, I help mothers work through birth trauma, pregnancy-related anxiety, and postpartum experiences in a supportive and compassionate space.
My goal is simple: to help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more like yourself again.

What an EMDR Intensive Looks Like
EMDR intensives provide focused time and space to process experiences that may feel difficult to work through in traditional weekly therapy.
Instead of spreading healing across many months, intensives allow us to move through the work in a supportive, intentional way.
1. Consultation
We begin with a brief consultation call to talk about what you're experiencing and determine whether an EMDR intensive feels like the right fit for you.
2. Preparation
Before the intensive, we spend time understanding your story, identifying the experiences you want to work through, and building tools to help you feel grounded and supported.
3. The Intensive Session
During the intensive, we work together using EMDR therapy to gently process difficult memories or experiences in a safe, focused and supportive environment.
4. Integration
After the intensive, we take time to reflect, integrate the work, and discuss next steps so you feel supported moving forward.
