Individual therapy sessions are available in person in our Westerville office and throughout the state of Ohio via telehealth .
Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes in length. Your initial 1-2 sessions will include diagnostic assessment to include individual treatment plans to best meet your needs.

Contacting your insurance company
To assist clients in obtaining the most accurate information on expected costs of services, we strongly recommend asking the following questions when contacting your insurance company’s member services. The phone number for member services can typically be found on the back of your insurance card
1. Is psychotherapy/outpatient mental health counseling care covered under my plan?
2. Is telehealth covered? (If applicable)
3. Do I have a deductible that I have to meet? What is my deductible?
4. Will there be co-insurance or a co-pay for outpatient mental health counseling sessions?
How much should I expect to pay per session?
No Surprises Act
As of 01/01/22, the No Surprises Act was implemented to prevent patients/clients from receiving unexpected medical bills. While the majority of this Act applies to emergency medical services and in-network hospitals that employ out-of-network providers, some information applies to all medical service providers.
Good Faith Estimate
The No Surprises Act requires that all providers supply a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services to self-pay/uninsured clients or clients who elect not to use their health insurance plan for a desired service. Self pay clients can expect to pay $150 for diagnostic sessions (the initial 1-2 sessions) and $125 for each session thereafter. Payment is due at the time of the session. Insured clients can request a Good Faith Estimate, however the cost of psychotherapy will depend entirely on the client's specific insurance plan.
